Round trip transportation is included in your vacation package. Once you have your bags and clear customs, walk outside and look for someone with the Club Med sign. They will bring you directly to Club Med. If you are arriving before 3pm, your room may not be ready. We suggest you pack clothes for the day in a smaller carry on. Club Med will provide you with your departure time the day before you leave. It is scheduled 3-4 hours before your flight.

When you arrive at Club Med Turquoise, you will be greeted by the Club Med GO’s. They will take your bags to your room, so if you are arriving early, please make sure you have anything you may want in your carry on. Then you will check in with us and receive your wristband, which is also your room key. During day time arrivals, we will be just past the lobby, in the theater. If you arrive later, you will receive your key from the GO’s and can check in with us at dinner or at the courts the next day. Please print or download your confirmation email onto your mobile device. There is a QR code in the email that we can scan to automatically check you in. If you don’t have it, we can check you in manually.

You are invited to join the Pros on a private excursion to our happy place! da Conch Shack has been named one of the World’s Best Beach Bars (CNN), one of the World’s Best Beach Restaurants (BBC) and even one of the World’s Sexiest Beach Bars (The Travel Channel). But we know that they’re really just good food, drinks and that we always have an amazing time.

This optional excursion with the pros includes:

  • A special sunset conch presentation by owner, and friend, John MacDonald.
  • Unlimited Rum Punch. Delicious and dangerous! Arrrgh, matey!
  • Dinner – Island style menu including conch fritters, conch salad, fish, chicken and so much more! There are vegetarian and vegan options too!
  • Transportation to and from Club Med.

We recommend minimum $10 tip per person. Please bring cash so we can leave a generous thank you for the staff.

We will be visiting da Conch Shack and Rum Bar as Pirates, of course! You don’t want to miss this!
